Brian LaFaille has spent his career scaling Support, Account Management, and Customer Success teams. Spending 10+ years in post-sales roles in the SaaS space, he built CSFG to share best practices, tips, and content to grow the Customer Success profession. In his professional career, Brian most recently built the CS department at Looker to support 2k+ enterprise customers totaling $150m+ in ARR, and a successful acquisition by Google in 2019 for $2.6bn. He currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Success Strategic Programs at Google Cloud.
Lindsay Anderson Contributing Editor
Lindsay has spent the last 10 years in post-sales roles, helping SaaS companies move up market. She currently manages a portfolio of Large Enterprise customers at Slack, guiding her customers through digital transformation. One of Slack's first CSMs, Lindsay helped Slack grow from 90 million to one billion in annual revenue. She has an Organizational Behavior Certification from Harvard as well as a Change Management Certification from Prosci.
